COVID-19 Alert

Here at Shelly’s Landscape, the health and well-being of our employees and our clients is foremost on our minds as we get set to start our season. With the guidance of the CDC and the ILCA, we want to assure you that we will be performing your services during regular business hours, practicing proper social distancing, providing our crews with hand sanitizer and whatever else is deemed necessary to perform our services with safety in mind.

Our office is minimally staffed at this time and we are trying to accomplish as much as we can via email and phone messaging. Our teams are all in place and we have no incidence of the virus to date and continue to take steps to ensure the health of everyone as we move forward.

With these topics in mind we are requesting the following of our clients as we service your properties. Please do not approach our employees while they work and if you are outside, please respect the recommended 6’ social distancing space. In addition, please ensure your children are respectful of these rules for the safety of all involved. If you have a specific request we would appreciate you sending an email to gary@shellyslandscape.com so that we may safely pass it along to our team leader without the need to directly interact with you, our valued client.

Since we work outdoors, in the fresh air and very rarely need to interact with you while we service your home there should be no concerns with us performing our duties. That being said, we respect all of your concerns. If you would prefer advance notice of our arrival or to delay your Spring cleanup do not hesitate contacting me to make those arrangements ahead of time. Please understand that we will do our very best to accommodate but your Spring cleanup must be completed by April 30^th so we can then begin weekly service routes on schedule.
